Thank God tomorrow is monday. a new start. I need to get back on track, but I need to be healthy(ish) about it or I will only fail again.

NO binging
NO eating in the car
DRINK at least one 51 ounce bottle of water
workout everyday
nothing crazy. hopefully 800-1300 cals. less if i can!
